Can't Find Reliable Source for Position Paper...Need Help!

I am writing a six page position paper, and my position is "free healthcare for all" I am having a hard time finding info on my position as well as the opposition. I have to cite three CREDIBLE sources not wikipedia. Anyways I need help bad can someone point me in the right direction?:flare:
