A memory
Lost forever
In the eternity of your crystal gaze
Amber eyes
The soft faded sepia of photographs
Reclining against the crumbling lintel

Que Bela! Mon ami
Shall I praise you with my words
When voices mean nothing
And you twirl
Pressed between random pages in my book
Lost and found
In the same word.

Bella

What's the difference?
When you write forgiveness in your own skin
With sharp thorns of butterflie
Seeds on mandrakes lost in you
No wonder you're puzzling!

And that's the best deffinition
We can come with.
Falling into the waters of your gaze
Led stray from the scars in your arms
Bleeding into the inside
While outside blooms a silver smile.

Belle Morte

Pale.
Cool skin of toads
Silver
Random smiles
of strangers in streets

There she hiddes
Transparent
and oh-so-easy to see

In the sharp blades
Shattered panes
Crimson suns
Burning into sand

Beautiful
Desire
So near
Yet never mine

Hidden
Into these wicked talons
That have wrenched out my heart
To crush it
Into a pulpous, pulsating mass
Still feeling

Belle Morte
In my mind
When will you come for me?

A Vampire's Poem

Shall I write these words that seem to haunt me?
To kill me?
Slowly destroy me?
Until I'm but a mote of stardust.
The time lost in stalactites
Growing forever to reach the sky
Will never be mine as I struggle
Inmortality
A worse curse than life.
