There is a room where I can go,
A place that helps my thoughts to flow,
The colours are of gentle hue
Sometimes they're pink, sometimes they're blue.
Through one window, a forest old,
Through another is sand of gold,
The third one shows an ocean wide,
The fourth shows ice on which I slide.
A fruit tree grows outside my door,
Producing apples by the score,
It's coconuts are filled with milk
That's full of taste and smooth as silk.
But this is only in my mind,
A way to leave the world behind.
A place where I can let off steam,
A place where I can go and dream.

LOVE it, it's beautiful. It sounds a great deal like one a special friend of mine wrote...that makes it even better ;) Well done.

The only gripe I have is that "that's" in this line:

"That's full of taste and smooth as silk."

Should be "that're" (that are) because "coconuts" is a plural word.
