"Time" by Pink Floyd.
Also, Dream Theater's "Pull Me Under" is sort of based on Hamlet, which some people (my Shakespeare prof included) consider the first existential work of art...
Modest Mouse "Lives" might fit your bill

De-loused in the Comatorium by The Mars Volta
Frances the Mute might also be worth looking into, also by The Mars Volta

What is the question for?
Not themes in lyrics, but a couple things come to my mind. The Moonlight Sonata, by Beethoven- because of how the beautiful notes go up and down, flow all about going around, and it is so beautiful, and the colour of the notes and tones represent life to me. Just that, life, and listening to it can be a transcendental experience, connecting it to existentialism.
Again, not themese in lyrics, but I heard a few months ago a different version than what I'm used to of Aqualung, by Jethro Tull, and it struck me as very existential. Again, the colour of the notes and chords, to my mind, was very transcendental and existential.
Just my take on your question. It struck me because I had had that exact thought while listening to both of those pieces.
I'm sorry that I can't really think of anything else.

I was just listening to "Talk of the Nation", and they were talking about The Beatles' 'Sgt. Pepper's' being an existential record. I've not listened to the whole thing yet, so I couldn't say, but there you are.

None of my friends enjoyed this album; I'm glad I'm not the only one.
I can't understand the lyrics to Wings, because I listen at a low volume.
I would agree that Vicarious is existential.
Right in two, might be worth a listen also.

As for existential music: Judas Priest's Beyond the Realms of Death and well...a lot of Burzum comes to mind.

I'm no good at interpreting music through philosophy, but would Jean Michael Barre's Oxygene be existential?

"Drunk by Myself" by Nasir Jones seems like a clearly existential song. He discusses the absurdity of his current life and finds meaning at the end. Perhaps that could be translated as existence preceding essence.

King Crimson's "Facts of life" and "Into the frying pan". I also consider their instrumentals somewhat existentialist in their themes but that is just my interpretation.
