Wow, that is a really time-consuming assignment.
The only way to accomplish it is to scan the entire book.
And I imagine that one would have to be rather familiar with the book to locate the "ironic quotes".
Just to let you know,
none of the quotes will be ha-ha funny.
At most, they are might bring a slight smile to the face.
She was British, after all.

I did a Google search for "pride and prejudice" quotes and here is some information that might be helpful at saving time.
I have found a page of 17 quotes.
You will need to decide how many of them contain enough irony to please your teacher.
