they terminally cancelled the StarGate SG1: Alliance game that was set to be released (late due to complications) but it has been officially scrap-heaped!

No kidding, the game was so close to completion! most of the environments were completed, they had realeased a couple hundred screenshots, and official game trailers, and then it was pulled because "they did not believe it could be completed on time for the release date with sufficient quality".

I saw the screen shts, and I would buy that game in a blink...in fact, I would preorder it, but alas, that is no more. :bawling:
