I'd really like to use this poem in my wedding ceremony, but I can't find the author. Any leads?

Over time the two strands become so intertwined that it is impossible to tell where one starts and the other ends.
And from this vine comes life, new flowers, new beginnings, and new challenges; but with the proper care this vine continues growing and turning and climbing – always strengthened by the fact that this love is stronger because the two strands are now one strong vine."
