A Cows Birthday

We have a newbie here with a wonderful nom de plume,
So I must cover this day in my own unique style!
This is the type of pseudonym that gives one so much wiggle room,
I find that I haven’t had it this easy in quite a while!
Cows. Are you a Holstein, a Jersey, a Charolais, an Angus, pray tell?
Are you Zebu, Hereford, Texas Longhorn, Devon, Gyr or Beefalo?
If I looked you over closely would I be able to really tell?
Or would my chances be somewhere between very slim and zero?
I have this picture of you somehow in black and white spots,
Like those pictures drawn by Gar Larson of Far Side fame.
You know, those costumes they sell to wear to parties and stuff,
Sorry my dear. But Cows is your own self-chosen name!
