Compassion to those lonely

Loneliness is a porch, empty and white
People lying in their beds, late into the night
Everywhere, people are cold
Will you bring them warmth?

People live without a reason to live
Hearts and souls broken with grief
Loneliness it giving, with nothing to give
Will you help them?

Everyone deserves to be loved
People hope for things impossible
People need help, drowning in sorrow
Will you pull them out? Or leave them dead until tomorrow?

the first image is very apt- the idea that "Loneliness is a porch, empty and white/
People lying in their beds, late into the night" is lyrical and contemplative that links to the theme. But I do not approve, personally, of the morally weak questions at the end of each stanza. It's like you're trying to make those who are not lonely feel guilty for those who are when it's not their problem. We make loneliness. If we are nihilistic and wallow in self pity we become lonely. If people don't want to be alone they have to fight it; although I agree that some are too weak to do so alone and must be lent a hand
