After busy study or other meaningful activities, i just feel idle and everything in my mind becomes vacant, and then sadness and anger come. I quite fear this moment when i don't know anything. Nothing except sadness occupies my heart. Do you have such queer experience? I need your help!:(

I am not sure exacty what you mean. Do you feel a sense of emptiness after being very busy? Or does being "idle" make you feel sad and angry?
There is nothing wrong with a balance of leisure and work, in fact it helps recharge us. If you are used to being very busy, you may not know how to really relax and take some down time.
Leisure and relaxation are not really the same as being "idle" though. To me "idleness" implies laziness, but I don't know if that is what you mean.

After I finish my exams or hand in a lot of papers at the same time I often feel that I need to be accomplishing something all the time, or I start to feel guilty. Is this close to what you describe?
I generally deal with it by reading something incredibly difficult. It's somewhat relaxing, but still carries a feeeling of accomplishment with it. Right now I've got a linguistics textbook which I got for free and cannot understand a single word of.

yep I know what you mean. I'm the same.
but kathy is right, we need to relax once in a while. and there are always lots of things to do that you don't get around to doing while you're working on term papers or studying for exams... e.g. reading a book, watching this and that film, meeting friends, filling in forms, planning your schedule for the next term, tidying up your room etc.
I'm when you're studying you'd often love to do one of these things instead. So make a list of them and do them step by step...
Yeah, it's Saturday and I decided I'll be lazying around but I'm feeling so guilty about it, because I'd have things to read and write for Uni.. but since they're not urgent and I tried to work all week...
When I'm very busy I do wish I had time to do things, and when I'm not busy anymore I just don't do those things and waste my time, usually online. I think "idle" definitely applies to me...

Maybe the word of "idle" i used is not proper. Actually it's emptinessn like kathycf said. And it seems that i have a strong feeling of sadness and anger when my mind becomes empty. I'm afraid of being hollow in thought, which seems like the end of existence or somewhat meaninglessness in life. I don't know how to express the feeling exactly. Anyhow, this kind of depressing moment happens not too frequently. And now i recovered by making myself busy again. I know it's propably form great pressure. Well, to those have much pressure in work or study or life like me, i can do nothing but show great sympathy, for i really can't get the problem resolved properly.
