It seems that there are some of my favorite writers missing from the author discussion forum. Where is Rimbaud, for example? Is there a place to suggest new authors for discussion or is that pretty much set?

The Index of Authors (http://www.online-literature.com/author_index.php) is constantly being added to...however only those authors with (at least a few) works published pre-1923--ie: in the public domain get their own forum to correspond with their works in the Index. Any other authors can be discussed in the General Literature section (http://www.online-literature.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=4) :)

In understand the Public Domain rules. So I understand why you can't have searchable text versions of books from certain authors, but why not have forums for discussion based on authors. For instance if you were to add a Stephen King subforum, you would generate a lot of traffic. People could talk about the books, get recomendations, etc.

Personally, I would love an Anne Rice subforum.

what about a "beat" subforum? i mean i didnt see one beat author: burroughs, kerouac, ginsberg etc... and i love them so.
