I'm Anchored In You

Arm in arm we walk together
As the waves lap at our feet
We pause to kiss each other
Oh so slowly our lips meet

Love grows freely in my heart
It blooms beneath the Summer sun
Every time we are together
It feels like love has just begun

Feelings beyond my comprehension
A sense of freedom fills my soul
To be lost in love forever
This would be my ultimate goal

When in your presence love consumes me
It fills each waking hour
In the garden of my heart
My love for you blooms like a flower

So much love could fill an ocean
Stretching far across the sea
It moves gently with the tides
From the heart and soul of me

As the light of day starts fading
The sky takes on a golden hue
And as we ride the waves of passion
I find that I'm anchored in you
