Don't follow you: symbols are concrete things used to represent abstract meanings; so, what's the symbol for chaos in the play?

King Lear......
The Tempest....
This are two of my most highly apreciated Shakespeare plays.
Shakespeare is all about symbolism, analogies, magic...
What are the witches doing around their sinister fire ??
Arent they cooking their victims destiny??
Shakespeare try to keep the mundane and the extra mundane all tied...
this world of living, the death world. The social world and the magic world interaction heredated from the origin of the theatre(Epic oral relates)
Lear madness moves and re moves. He is honest noble man but cant escape from Tragedy. The conscience of an unfair destiny makes him suffer more.
Madnes is the last shelter when it is no other shelter available...
King Lear-
The tempest-
Never Forget!!!!!

personally, i find symbols to be rubbish, but perhaps you'll convince me otherwise, GabsSz.
