This may not be the appropiate place to post such a thing, but I would like to hear people's oppionions of Nine Inch Nails album Year Zero, which as the same subject matter as George Orwell's novel, 1984. There are several forums discussing the new album at the moment, but none in relation to the influence of Orwell's book.
Anyway, if you're interested I'd love to hear from you, there's a bunch of interesting links, they certainly are going to some length to promote the new album.

Well, good luck to them, I guess.

I find it difficult to see where Orwell's influence is anywhere in the album. The album is about a god-driven apocalypse while Orwell's is a about a godless "Party" ruling the earth. If there's any similarity between the two, I must've missed it.
