Apologies if we have this game somewhere already.
Your task is to write a short story in six words. It is very popular, if you Google it you'll see what famous writers have come up with.
I'll start but not with one of mine, but one of Hemmingway's:
'For sale: Baby shoes. Never worn. '
Is it me or is that bloody fantastic? I can see a longer piece coming out of just these six words.
Have fun!

Um... this won't be quite so impressive, but I'll have a go...
My world lives many dark secrets.
That Hemmingway one is amazing!! It really encourages you to think about it hard, and to try to understand the situation. It's also so powerful because it's so short!

I know Lioness! Exactly my point. I cant help thinking now...did baby die? What? I mean the thrill of buying baby clothes, I don;t have children myself (thank god!) but i love baby clothes and....ugh. you know what i mean!
Another good one I heard but not sure of author is:
'The shadow behind is not yours '
I think thats how it goes! Creepy hey!

"Flying donkey did not land gracefully."
"Well, that is enough for today"
"Free bird. Open sea, Eagle cries."
I'm not sure I like it. :goof:

Okey good effort but it reads like one line dialogue whereas Hemmingway's is...theres so much in there! But hey at least you tried, i can;t think of anything.
I like the flying donkey one, but then again my head hurts and im acting like a kid.

This was all I knew abt her truly. I was working on the 6th floor in LA and happened to be looking out the window and saw her jump. It shook me for quite some time.
