Gulliver's Travels

[New and curious]

Please help and fast!

Hi all, I am living in Italy and since I am English I usually get asked for a lot of help with grammar by my Italian freinds.
Well, today a freind asked if I could help him with his homework which is studying part III of Gulliver's Travels. I have to admit I read it and didn't really get it. The passage I read was about lungs corroding and all words being but nouns.
I am seeing him tomorrow and would really like to be able to shed some light on this for him so he can get a great result for his test.

Maybe it's late but... well, what would the question exactly be? A translation of that passage? Then if you could provide the exact passage, maybe I can look for the English version and we can work on it (I'm Italian so I can try and see the point of view of both languages somehow....)
