I'm doing a religion assignment on Jean Paul Sartre. Can anyone recommend books/articles/websites/etc. that could be useful in studying his philosophies and work?
Thanks
Hi Classic - Well, I wouldn't recommend "Being and Nothingness" - started reading this a couple of weeks ago and still haven't managed to get past the introduction - seriously head-mashing! I always thought I had a pretty good handle on logic but I guess I was wrong!
Good luck with your assignment :)

His lecture Existentialism is a Humanism (http://www.marxists.org/reference/archive/sartre/works/exist/sartre.htm) is available on-line. It's a pretty good summary of his philosophy.
