Poor Misinterpreted Me!

This mechanical censor gadget is crazy!:confused: I ask you, in all the 8 months I've been here, has my language ever even approached anything remotely requiring censhorship by the most puritanical of standards? I protest I'm positively squeaky clean... honest!;)
So, on to my tale of woe- I use an eight letter word in the character images thread to describe a varigated mixture of drinks - the last 4 letters are "tail" and the first 4 denote a rooster .. and I wasn't even thinking about the other connotations! :(

So I post my message and I find the "tail" preceded by four stars staring at me and I blink :confused: for a while before giving a startled yelp and dashing to press the edit button and substitute the innocuos word "mixture" which I retain despite the protests of my artistic half that this is NOT the mot juste -I'm funny that way, sigh!:)

You can explain to a PERSON about contexts etc, what do you do with a machine? Ok, Ok, I know it has to be there really.... I'm more comfy with somewhat sanitized speech! ;)
But I do wish it could be taught to use some discretion! Poor, misinterpreted me! :D

Sindhu, it's my fault...I explained it too elliptically before :( sorry to everyone :(...there was a thread where "veins" were spelled "vanes" and I was naughty with a reference to a weathervane/weather**** (rooster). So Admin banned the four letter word. And then he wrote telling everyone not to be cleverly vulgar.

Sindhu, I got busted by the vulgarity police for the same word. Wound up editing to the less decriptive "whiskies." Ever since I find myself scouring my posts for words with badness. ha! Oddly though, those who intend to curse seem to find ways around the software.
