Maybe this is too late since we already have a new MOD in here..
But i'll post it anywayz..

Can we pick our own moderator...?

I suppose it would be nice to vote for our MOD by ourselves and it would also be nice to have somekind of election thread here.

We can nominate a member which we think capabale to assist you, cares for this forum, and familiar with members and things going on around this forum as well.

Well I don't know, but to me Mod Election sounds like a good idea...

Shine on

We have moderators other than Chris?

There's this Logos guy I think who's a new Mod.

I think Admin is capable of choosing a MOD. Logos is probably someone we know quite well. If I became a MOD, I wouldn't just moderate as IWilKikU. I would get a new name speciffically for MOD purposes. I'm getting really tired of saying MOD. It sounds like a frog noise. MOD, MOD, MOD.

Well that's sort of right...it's his site... (and is there something wrong I've missed???)

not only is it his site, its also his intellectual property... to relinquish control of it would be madness.

Sub just stated her opinion, and I think it was a good idea, of course Chris is the one who has the last say in the matters concerning his site :).

Intriguing. Could you elaborate on that one?

Well, I think Admin is pretty smart, and I think I'm pretty smart , and if this was MY site, rather than just grabbing any random guy from the internet comunity and asking him to help me MOD, I would ask one of the users on this board if he/she would like to MOD. The new MOD would only post under his/her new name (Logos) when moderating a discussion or laying down the law. The rest of the time the new MOD would remain posting under his/her original identity.

That makes sense, but I wanted to know if you had anyone in particular in your mind.

I have no idea who it might be, and I didn't really want to start a "guess who Logos is" game, because if Logos is one of my friends on here, and he/she is forced to slap my wrists from time to time, I would prefer to keep their identities seperate.
