Hi people ,
this is my first participation here, I hope you like it.
I wrote it when I had to say good-bye to some of my dear friends who had to leave because the bad situation where I live (Iraq)
By the way this was my first attempt in writing..

Maybe

Maybe math says 2-1=1
Maybe math says there is a division
Maybe this is the logic
Maybe this is the life
But there is what is beyond the logic
And there is what is beyond the facts of life
It is something can not be divided into anything
It is something does not know the subtraction
It is the friendship
Or by a better word brotherhood, or by a better word union of our spirits
Because that good-bye hug can not end it
And because those tough moments are not stronger than our love
There will always your pictures be printed in our eyes
And your lovely voices and your lovely accents will be ringing in our ears
And your warm blood will shake our hearts with every beat
And your memories will fill our minds of good times that we spent together
So go my friends
Go and never say good-bye because this word does not exist in the dictionary of friendship
Go in your way and never turn back, we won't be there; because we will be ahead of your eyes
Go in your way and may god make it the way of peace and love
Go in your way and May god be with you my brothers
