The title says it all. What are some similar books to I, Robot by Isaac Asimov in terms of theme, and setting?

Similar in what way? You might like the Humanoid books by Jack Williamson.

Asimov wrote a whole series of robot stories. Some were short stories published in "Analog" Sci Fi magazine and later collected into compilations, others were complete novels in and of themselves. Try doing a search somewhere (library, on line, book stores, etc) on Asimov's name and see what comes up. (Hint: he also wrote a lot of non-fiction, primarily math and the like. If you can constrain the search to fiction, all the better.)
Caves of Steel -- Isaac Asimov. Essentially an extension of I, Robot.
