I had a very dear friend died in a car accident 5 years ago, one day I asked him "how you think we could be happy?" he picked a small paper and wrote:
" Those who bring sunshine into the lives of others, cannot keep it from themselves..."
I still have it, and whenever I feel down I remember it. So scatter sunshine wherever you are and you will get it back more tender and more bright.
