Anyway I want to know how do I learn t make my own moving smilies? is like a languge or somthing so yes how do I make fantablistic smilies??

there is a program which allows you to make animated gifs (smiley picture format) out of still pictures on your computer.

Here is one that I have used:

and when I get home i'll upload the other one...its a little better.

The trick for making gifs is that they are like those old notepad flip animations...a bunch of similar images stacked ontop of eachother, but each slightly different so an animation is produced by switching from frame (picture) to frame rappidly.

The better program (I'll upload it later) allows you to easily set the frame rate so you can regulate the speed.

Also a tip...the more images the bigger the file, but the smoother the animation.

I used to use Microsoft gif animator, which is an old program. I made the animations on my old Win98 dinosaur which lurks upstairs in a spare room.

Pirate King gives good advice. Each frame of the finished animation is it's own seperate picture and then they are combined together to give the impression of movement. You want your finished gif to look smooth, but not have a huge file size.

Pivot is a little program that you can make stick figure animations with. Now, I know those aren't smileys, but it will give you a feel for creating frames. :)

And thankyou queen of choclate...Im going to give that pivot programme ago once I get Aimus interview, my 2 essays, html homework, cross refranced sorted study file, done my in class test....and errr the other bits and bobs I need to do. :rolleyes:
