Chekov's "I am a Moscow Hamlet" (1891, a feuilleton or 'leaf of a book') was first published in No. 5667 of the Novoye Vremya ("New Times"), under a pseudonym. I can't find it online either. It may not be translated to English or just too obscure but I'll look around :)
