Welcome to the forums, D! :)

I'm afraid I don't quite know what you mean. Do you mean actual collaboration, or merely advice? I have given lots of advice on the way I think something ought to be written, but never attempted to co-author anything. What do you mean by the near-elipsis in your semi-question?

along the lines more of co-author
more than just advice

And that is why I tried to answer it. Most people are not going to give out their email address on a site as big as this one.

No, i don't mean collaboration
i mean more on the lines of just writing for someone else something like that.

hm . . . i don't really know if this is what you're thinking of . . . but i sometimes do things with my friends like exchanging a story for a play (one person will send a story and the other will send a play), and we each rewirte the other's work into our own genre. (the person with the play will transform it into a story, and vice versa.)

Is that what you're thinking of, D? and by the way, welcome!

thanks for the welcome
and related to your comment, no not really what i am talking about at all i mean like actually writing something for someone in general as if it were the other persons work

interesting. i don't know if my stuff will sell however. here's a poem in good faith, or just a fragment of a thought...

De rigeur when/ engaging the locals/ was to disseminate/ info pertinent/ to the area affected,/ a tissue of words/ a mind insensate construes/ as a delicacy of feeling/ too costly to ever/ hope to aspire to,/ let alone understand.

I've written research reports and technical docs for my managers before, and once for an office noob who was having difficulty completing a specs paper proposal for a new server...the majority of my writings for others are mainly related to technical endevours.
