The Devil’s Hunt.
By Beer Oclock

[The Devil makes his way to hell] -“Damn you!”- [He screams]
–“Never did I know such fire in hell!” - [Screams again]
But mistaken he was, for she was not from hell. He didn’t know.

[…]
Finding her his dream was, but in hell she was not. And so to Lucifer the Devil went, asking for her.
-“Walking past have you seen a sinner flesh?”- [Asked him]

Lucifer [Laughing hard says] -“Just everyone”; [He smiles] -“Like sun and moon: one by one”-
[Nodding the Devil says] -“Very true your words are. But this beautiful flesh damned by me walks in fire not known”-

[Understanding, Lucifer asks] -“How sinner the flesh?”-

-“Of all sinner she is the worst”— [Devil says]
But from hell she was not, He didn’t know.
-“She walks in fire and consciousness” [Devil continues] -“For she feels no shame” -[Devil hesitates] -“I dare to say, from you and I, she is the worst”-

[Again laughing hard, Lucifer says] -“Consciousness I want to meet. Flesh
I’ll die to taste”-

[Devil walks to him] -“You find yourself already dead” -[He says] -“You can not meet her, for I have to find her first”

[Devil asked again for her and her name, but Lucifer replied none]
For he didn’t know she was not from hell.

[The Devil returns from hell, he stayed till five.
He prayed again to all who are damned for him to find her.
But little did he knew she was far from hell]

[…]
To the church the Devil went.
The words from the Bible he read, Forgotten were.
The murmurs he prayed went, as breath, to the air.
-“How hard it is”— [Quoted he] -“To love a heart that is so far from here”-

I like the original [ ] you incorporated, almost play-like style comments on the action, it's like reading a play and a poem at the same time. The repeated use of hell also makes it great. And I like to interpret it as a parody of organised religion :D better than some of the stuff ive read in the last 10 minutes

I am not sure if I got the right idea. It's kinda mysterious to me. But I liked its style. It feels like you're reading play and poem at the same time. However, I liked the last part

The words from the Bible he read, Forgotten were.
The murmurs he prayed went, as breath, to the air.

It has a deep meaning I'd say. Maybe you're saying that when the devil reads the Bible, he forgot himself, he forgot his position, he forgot that he is a Anti-God. So Bible rejected him. I know it sounds odd. But I liked it anyway.

The murmurs he says, the prayer he says. All have gone in to the air as if it's nothing. Because he is the Devil!

The devils wishes will go unanswered by the lord he worships not, his cup will ever run empty due to his twisted want.
Comes the day he prays in ernest and worships with a heart thats true, it's then gods eyes will open up,
it's then he'll answer you.
