Someone asked this last year in the author's forum and I am wondering too.
Her works are publicly available. They are in any chain bookstore.
Can we put her in? She is very widely read ....

I'd think they are still under copywrite. She is one of the many writers that I do not like at all.

Read definition of Public Domain (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_domain)
Only *one* of Rand's works are in the public domain, she is low on the list to be added to the site.

Sorry, my bad. I forgot that her work is now property of her intellectual heir. I don't see how I could have overlooked that, but the brain is getting slow.
Also, I did not realize until just now that you keep e-texts of all the books available for discussion! How fantastic! I thought they were just potential discussion groups!
Thanks for the quick response.

Well, the site is always changing because we're constantly adding new books, short stories, poetry etc. and new authors to the database, but only those in the public domain (usually published pre-1923). I post updates here (http://www.online-literature.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18375) :)
