Subscriptions what??

Hi, I've looked in the faqs and can't find anything so I wonder if someone here could help me. I'm new on here and wonder what it means to have 'subscribed threads' and how I might do it? Does it mean any thread you begin?
Any replies much appreciated

If you click on 'Thread Tools' above your post in this topic, then select 'Subscribe to this thread', there are various options for being notified if there are new posts made to it by others. You can do that with any/all threads you want. Its basically to be reminded of topics you have a special interest in and don't want to forget about if you have posted to many. Welcome to the site :)
