My Q about third person (objective) point of view
When any writer tells the story
Why there is it important to have an objective third person enter view?
I wish you answer my Question ;)

I'm not sure I understand your question. Third person objective point of view is able to go through every character's mind and see all things. Here are a few sites that describes point of view in fiction: http://www.learner.org/exhibits/literature/read/pov1.html

but objective did not able to go through every character's mind and see all things
onley told what happen without talking about characters thoughts?

It isn't important for the point of view to be objective or third person. Many excellent stories are told directly in the first person. The POV makes no difference, as long as the reader can tell who the narrator and make a determination as to how trustworthy the narrator is. Third person limited does most of what either objective or first person can do, and it is easy to read and understand.

Third person objective may or may not see into all characters minds;
Third person limited sees from the point of view of one characters but tells in the third person;
third person omniscient sees and knows all, and tells whatever in necessary;
First person sees and tells only from the point of view of the POV character;
second person sees only what is put infront of the reader (This POV is quite rare.)
