This is something I wrote with a competition in mind. It isn't the lit net one though, don't worry. Basically, I personally dislike the Fantasy genre, so I forced myself to write the start of a Fantasy story for a writing excersie if nothing else.

I really need some feedback for this, as I wish to know if I should enter it or not.
