Hey, I already posted in the introductions thread, but I figured that I should post a thread anyways. I'm a 20-year old female, and I love books (otherwise I wouldn't have joined this forum). My favorite authors are Charlotte Bronte, Jane Austen, and Jean Sasson. My favorite books are Pride & Prejudice, Jane Eyre (obviously), and The Princess Trilogies. Any questions, just ask!

Do you really Virgil? That's fantastic! I love Austen but almost never meet a male who does too! :D :thumbs_up :thumbs_up :thumbs_up

Welcome again Jane! Looks like so great taste in lit you have there!

There are very few males I know that like Jane Austen. Most of the male I know ask "Who's that?" when we're talking about books. :flare: It makes me want to slam my head against whatever hard surface is available at the moment.

Dramasnot: I think I have good taste too. :p But I'll read just about anything except V.C. Andrews. Flowers in the Attic kind of scared me. And I stopped reading Danielle Steele, because it took me 2 1/2 years to realize all her books were the same.

Welcome Jane,
you are in good company here...Glad to read that you like Bronte. I have the chance to go and see the Bronte Parsonage in Nottinghamshire in the next few weeks...I am very excited about it...
