This is a thread to post and discuss literature from Puerto Rico. I would love some suggestions! I am also interested if people would consider Puerto Rican literature as "American literature"? Looking forward to your comments, thanks!

I truly haven't come across any Puerto Rican Literature...I guess I need to branch out more. I would deem Puerto Rican literature as outside mainstream "American Literature". It depends on the author being originally from there. Hemingway wrote in Cuba and about Cuba, but I wouldn't consider his works not part of the "American Literature."
