Why does winston hope that the brother hood will send him a razorblade so he can commit suicide. Why would he want to kil himself? If anyone could help me out, then please do so. Thank youu!

He would want to kill himself so he wouldn't be further tortured or vaporized, the razorblade is the only help he would get from the Brotherhood.
