i know these three are the common themes within notes from underground and the stranger... i was wondering if anyone could provide any examples of these from the novel - considering my thesis statement is:
Fyodor Dosteovsky's Notes from Underground, and Albert Camus's The Stranger both agree that the world is absurd and support the irrationality of the universe, however, Dosteovsky focuses on the suffering of humans within society while Camus explores the meaninglessness of human life.
Or:
Both novels explore the meaninglessness of human life, however, Camus...
and I am kind of confused after that... any ideas on a well worded thesis and then some examples to support it? I am really in a pickle, the essay is due in a day and i have to start - it's worth 10% of my entire mark. HELP :(
