I was recently looking over some books around the house and I saw Hugo's Les Miserables. There was a certain term for the way it was written, I believe. It had to do with many different and varied events/characters that are tied in together at the end. Any idea?
I vaguely remember my Junior year in high school when my English teacher said something about the term when we read The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. I appreciate any answer you can give.
