i know this won't help you in the slightest but i just thought I'd tell you, you aren't alone in not knowing what this poem is going on about. I get that it's London and Wordsworth really admired Milton and he wishes Milton was there to make London/England all better, but other than that...
Anyway i know this won't help but i just thought you might like to know that i'm doing an essay on it and i don't have a clue either :brickwall
