1984- War

I recently finished reading 1984 for an English class at my school. We are now required to write a few papers about the ideas it presents and I wanted to know your opinions on certain subjects, especially Orwell's posistion on war (Why there is war, whether it is good or bad, etc.) If anyone wants to help me out, I'd be very appreciative.
