Does anyone recognize this line from a poem?

I have found reference to this online in a speech or article written about Wyoming and the Catholic diocese. At the end, it says, "As the poem goes, 'in Wyoming, when it blows, it blows, and blows, and blows.'"

I have searched and searched and am unable to find the poem this is from. Can anyone help? Thanks very much!:yawnb:

It might just be someone making up a poem reference to make something he/she made up to sound better.

You'd be suprised how much it happens =P

I have heard that before somewhere actually...but I have not the foggiest idea where. Sorry docangel
