Well...its a tad long, but not so long that I wouldn't think you could read it yourself, underline key sentances, and write yourself a summary by tommorow. Especially if it is so important to you, I'm sure you could make some time for it. Is your assignment to write a summary? No one here will do an assignment for you, but even if you just need a summary for review your best bet is still to read it and summarize it in your own words...

Look for the recorded audio of this lecture. I might be able to find it. If I get the time to find it and listen to it, I might be able to give a summary, but Noam is a pretty incoherent public speaker as it is, and having to summarize a transcript of it is ridiculous. Actually, I won't get time to summarize it. Ugh, Noam Chomsky is a lot of fun, but I would never take him seriously.
