I passed the test; but in truth that is only because I know how I SHOULD drive. I am not saying that that is how I REALLY drive.

I'm gonna turn 18 in January next year and up to now I still don't know how to work those pedals and whatcha call that -- the thing between the driver and the passenger's seat -- DAMN it, how could I have lost it!!!! My 11-year old brother can now even start the engine!

Anyway, here in my place, it's not safe for young drivers to go out on their own...buses just ram into the side of your car, cars suddenly swerving infront of you... And one avenue here is actually listed in the Guiness Book of World Records to be the most dangerous and accident-prone avenue in the world!!!

It's a deadly world out here.

I don't like to drive, however, waking up upside down in a car smelling gas dripping all around you (I was 19-- single car accident, panic, thought a cow was in the road, actually I was veering off-road) will do that to you. Also having a station-wagon literally folded in half coming come from work, (car in front had no break lights, I managed to miss him, SUV back of me creamed me!) doesn't help! :rolleyes: Most of the time when we go somewhere the wife drives! ;)

Speaking of driving skills:

Maybe I'm betraying my chromosome here, but who cares? In a recent survey here (Sweden), male drivers were asked how they rated their own driving skills... and as could be expected, 87% of them rated themselves above average. :lol: :rolleyes:

I know I'm a fast driver, but a good one? I really hate all those people that drive below the speed limit, I can live with 80 Km/h on an 80 km/h road, but anything below and I'll start pushing. Darn old folk. They should be banned from the road if they can't push the gaspedal down far enough. :flare:

My mom is 1.55 and she can drive fast enough! Just put the seat closer.

You must be smaller than 1m55. That, or my mother is taller. Which is not entirely impossible.

Anyway, I have no idea why on earth you would need a cushion if you are around 1m60. That's just silly.
