Okay, here is my resolution --

I resolve not to post on litnet (and I mean it :p) for ONE WHOLE day....starting today night 12:00 AM :(

It sure will be difficult for me, as Pen rightly said, habits that become an addiction are difficult to quit.

Anyone else here wants to make a resolution, or made a resolution and has kept / broken it??

Starting this week I have the resolution not to eat candy or snacks during the week, but only to indulge in my sweet tooth in the weekend. This will be difficult for me as I have become an emotional eater... and with the bleak weather and some minor setbacks in my personal life I would like to eat all day long :bawling: .
Fortunately I have rediscovered this forum to make me feel better :D .

oy...

I recently made a resolution to start running more regularly. It may be hard to keep because I am going on a trip in a couple of weeks...for a couple of weeks...so don't know how well I will keep it up when on vacation :)

I need more exercise too. I joined a gym they are building near my house but it won't open for another month. My resolution to do more exercise will start in mid December.

Remembering/being motivated to go to a gym is sooo hard sometimes...post a big piece of paper with how much your membership cost you somewhere where you will see it every day! lol...that's the only way I ever get motivated to go...

I would resolve that but I can't be sure I'm up to the task. :bawling: Somebody who can really convince you should take on that burden. :D But I will try anyway. ;)
