I am wondering if there is any chance of a more printable version of the books that are in the index. It would be nice to not have all the graphics (logos, etc.) printed along with the chapter(s). I hope this might be a good time to do that.:idea:

You can highlight and copy the text you want to print then paste it into a .txt document, or, highlight the text only, then click file, then print, then in "Print Range" options choose the "selection" option.

How about this: Have a button that puts the book or play on 1 page, a text/html version? If the book is in 2 parts, have a button to each part. I know it will be work, but it might make thingd easier.
