I have a question here that I am a bit unsure of...I'm hoping someone can help me out :)

Anyways..the question is..

" Explain how Jack Stapelton expected/plotted to steal the baskerville fortune"

I have some ideas but I think I'm missing a bunch. Anything you can tell me is greatly appreciated.

I haven't read the book, though I did see the film. According to that, he didn't intend to collect the fortune, he just wanted revenge on the family. This information is probably usless, seeing as films aren't always accurate to the books, but I decided to say it anyway, just in case that part of the film was accurate. Feel free to ignore this comment as I haven't read any of the books, only seen the TV and film adaptations.
