Okay...so here is the start of my list of all things halloween/halloweenish, that are cool:

so for number 1:

If you "like it boiling hot" check out Radiskull and Devil Doll:

Radiskull (http://joesparks.shockwave.com/)

I'll keep on posting more stuff, like paper crafts and lego crafts, and pumkin crafts, and how to scare the crafts out of kids on halloween (get it, crafts...:D :D )

so, I may even post more then one a day...probably whenever I am bored at work and feel like slacking...every company should be so lucky as to have an employee like me:D:D

I like Halloween

And it is a very old holiday...has religious as well as pagan undertones and was not very Hollywood originally (although I agree it is now). Plus all the candy!

Mir, you could always dress up as Columbia (http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h56/kathycf/quiz678outcome6.jpg)from Rocky Horror. I can sort of picture you with that vivid hair and all the sequins...:brow: :p

Yep, but not in my culture, it's hollywood who imported it there. Never had any candy, just people go out. I don't think it existed at all when I was a child.

The kids in our compound trick or treat, and I'm not sure if I'm doing it or not...if I do, I'd probably be someone from Jane Austen's books or something, cause I have a lot of those types of clothes.

Awwww, halloween is just so cuddly! I get to scare all the trick or treaters that come to the door, and see them run screaming, that's what it is all about after all. :D

Unfortunately nobody tricks or treats, so there is nobody to scare :( Halloween isn't considered anything special. Just another excuse to go out and have fun I supposse.

:DNobody would realise that I dressed up if I did that; it would be just my usual self!

Thinking of dressing up as Pollyanna or Mary Poppins or Maria from 'Sound of Music'... some goody-two-shoes character to really shock and surprise people!

I'm with Koa. It used to be just a kids day, but now it's overblown like everything else. I guess it fits into this culture of grown ups who refuse to grow up.

:D Heh, common...Halloween is totally for the adults who love to scare everyone...(or as my sister says: for those of us who are imature and never grow up!...heh, I scared her really badly one year, and she's still mad about it.:D )

ahh...here is a halloween update for those of you who like halloween a little tamer...or are teachers:

http://paperforest.blogspot.com/2006/10/spooky-stuff-and-long-time-no-post.html

It's a bunch of papercraft halloween activities...they are pretty cool, esp. the "mechanical" bat one!

heh...this year for our staff office party I'm dressing as ol' Cap't James T. Kirk...(I dressed as Mudd last year but only my fellow techies got it):D
