You make Philly sound so.....interesting of a sudden! And here all I ever think of is the Eagles. On the other hand, "warm, brown pecs" and Donavan McNabb...yep, it's more interesting all the time!

:) yesyes...a friend of mine was playing the harp, and i was lounging with her on the sidewalk...it was a lovely summer day: toasty, not too humid, and this one man went past and i looked up and it was just the blue of the sky and the brown of his arms and chest; i nearly died for a second or two...lovely memory.

That's one of the problems with life in these LA suburbs, we don't spend nearly enough time on the sidewalks. :)

However, there's a park at the end of my street, and every Saturday the weekend warriors come out for a game of hoops. They can't shoot to save their lives, but oh my! the view!
