at my daughter's college choir concert they did a poem set to music. it was 'Zutaz' by Josune Lopez, a basque poet.
does anyone have a copy of this poem in english they could share? in part it reads, "when the time to die comes, our bodies worn out, to leave hand in hand with you would be my greatest desire. Don't forget that... I love you."
