That happens to me sometimes. I actually find it interesting when it happens . . . it's a break from the normal routine! :D It's just a dumbed down version of the real url you ought to be viewing . . . the reason why it comes up that way sometimes is unknown to me. ;)

I think it happens because the page has not loaded properly, it shows the basic page layout, you may close it and re-login.
