Thingamagig's Birthday

It's the birthday today of someone not so big,
Yet big in our hearts as we write down this song.
A sweet little lady called simply "Thingamajig"--
We haven't had the pleasure of knowing her for long.
But this we can tell you and tell you no lie,
She is a soft-hearted person all filled up with love!
A nice ready smile and twinkle in her eye,
A really wonderful angel come down from above!
Now I hope that her day is filled with laughter and fun,
That she enjoys all her blessings and the ice cream and cake.
And when the sun sets and the day is finally over and done,
She'll have worn herself out enjoying life until her legs start to ache.
