Hello, tellmore!
Welcome on board. I suppose this should have been posted in the general chat section, instead of in Poetry section. But don't worry much about it. Our fine mods will take care of it :D
Stick around

Literature by its nature reflects that thinking of the writer. That's what conscious communication is all about.
Greetings
hello, tellmore!
you should start a thread about western lit. ideas, then! i personally agree with PeterL - my western lit class at least tried to discuss the literature from the view of the writer, which was often christian because he or she was, or western becasue they were . . . western!
how do you think they should have been interpreted?
Hello, tellmore, welcome to the forum.
Though I respect your opinion of western literature, and/or 'westernized' literature, but your opinion sounds slightly generalized. Do you judge all western literature so swiftly? What of western thought, ideas, and beliefs do you dislike, and what books have you read that reflected your observations?
I do not intend to interrogate you, nor to insult your respectable opinion; I suppose I have never quite heard it phrased so bluntly. Truly, I would love to hear more.
