Business Class report..need help!!!

Im in Business Class in my senior year and i need some help for this report i have to do for wednesday:sick: . My english teacher wants us to elaborate a report on Animal Farm's "economical productivity" and then what would we change about the production?, but none of us student know how to come up with such thing :( . Our teacher gave us an example : the egg production...but still i do not know how to do it. Should i talk about the windmill? or something? If anyone has any idea how i could approach this presentation..it would be a big help! :)
